How to Order a Custom Acrylic Case

1. Measure your item. Record its maximum width, height, and depth, including any packaging or protruding details you want inside the case.
2. Enter your item's outside measurements. The builder adds ¼ inch of total clearance to each dimension (about ⅛ inch on each opposing side), so do not add extra clearance yourself.
3. Select your acrylic. Choose Shield 3 mm for a lightweight display or Aegis 6 mm for a more substantial enclosure.
4. Review the 3D preview and price. Your quote depends on your dimensions and acrylic selection. Verify the final configuration before adding it to your cart.
5. We cut your case. Your order is precision laser cut, protected for shipping, and sent flat with assembly required.

Example: If your item is 10 in wide, 8 in high, and 3 in deep, entering those item dimensions adds working clearance for a planned interior fit of approximately 10.25 × 8.25 × 3.25 in. Finished fit may vary slightly with fabrication tolerances. Do not add this clearance a second time when entering your measurements.
