How it works

From file to finished acrylic.

  1. 1

    Send the specs

Tell us the finished size, thickness, quantity, color, and what the part needs to do.

  2. 2

    Share the artwork

Add a link to your SVG, DXF, AI, or PDF. If you only have a reference image, note that in the form.

  4. 4

    Approve the quote

After approval, we schedule the job, cut the acrylic, inspect it, and pack it for delivery or pickup.

Cutting service FAQ

What is the largest part you can cut?

The P2S bed is 23.6 × 12.1 inches. We advertise approximately 23.5 × 12 inches of usable area, but the finished part may need to be smaller for safe margins and positioning.

Can you cut a file that is larger than the bed?

Some designs can be divided into smaller interlocking sections, but that requires a design review and may add preparation time. Send the full project for a quote.

Do I need a vector file?

SVG, DXF, AI, and vector PDF files are preferred. High-resolution reference images can be reviewed, but converting or rebuilding artwork may add a setup charge.

Can you cut materials besides acrylic?

This service is launching as acrylic-only so we can keep material quality, cutting behavior, and quoting consistent.

Can you engrave the pieces too?

Yes. Add the engraving request and artwork link to the form. Engraving time, artwork complexity, and placement will be included in the quote.
