Welcome to Aegis Acrylic. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Aegis Acrylic. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any part of our store, you agree to these Terms.

Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aegis Acrylic. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the customer, visitor, or user of our website.

1. Our Products

Aegis Acrylic sells acrylic display cases and related display accessories for collectors. Our products are designed to help protect, display, and organize collectible boxes, packs, and similar items.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, collectibles, trading cards, card boxes, booster boxes, packs, and other display items shown in product photos are for demonstration only and are not included with the purchase.

Some products may require customer assembly. Product listings will describe what is included with each item.

2. Custom Orders and Customer-Provided Measurements

For custom acrylic display cases, you are responsible for entering accurate dimensions and information before placing your order.

Because custom products are made using the measurements or details you provide, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or was made incorrectly by Aegis Acrylic.

Custom orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We recommend double-checking all measurements before submitting your order. Slight measurement differences may occur due to material thickness, cutting tolerances, or assembly fit.

3. Handmade and Production Variations

Many of our products are made, cut, prepared, or assembled in small batches. Minor variations may occur between products, including small differences in fit, finish, edges, protective film, or appearance.

These small variations do not affect the intended use of the product and are not considered defects.

4. Product Use and Safety

Our acrylic display cases are intended for display and collector use only. They are not toys.

Some products may include small parts such as magnets, bumpers, or accessories. Keep small parts away from children and pets. Aegis Acrylic is not responsible for misuse, improper assembly, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery.

Acrylic can scratch, crack, or break if dropped, bent, overtightened, forced together, or handled improperly. Please follow any included instructions and handle products with care.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all billing, shipping, and contact information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, incorrect customer information, or abuse of our store policies.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may update product prices, shipping rates, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, processing times, and available shipping options are described in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Aegis Acrylic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged item.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged items, and custom-order exceptions are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All Aegis Acrylic product designs, website content, product descriptions, photos, logos, graphics, and branding are owned by Aegis Acrylic or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our content without written permission.

Aegis Acrylic is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Pokémon, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Konami, One Piece, Bandai, or any other collectible, trading card, or entertainment brand unless explicitly stated.

Any brand names, product names, or trademarks mentioned on our website are used only to describe product compatibility or intended display use.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose. You also agree not to interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of our website.

You may not attempt to copy, scrape, hack, disrupt, or misuse any part of our website, checkout system, payment system, or customer account features.

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, photos, measurements, and availability. However, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, cancel orders affected by errors, or update product details at any time.

Product photos may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, product version, or included demonstration items.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved in that order.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Our products and website are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee that every product will meet every individual display preference, use case, or collector requirement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Indemnification

You agree to hold Aegis Acrylic harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses resulting from your misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, violation of another party’s rights, or improper use, assembly, handling, or modification of our products.
