Shipping Policy
At Aegis Acrylic, we make acrylic display cases designed to protect and showcase collectible products. Each order is carefully packed to help keep your acrylic pieces safe during shipping.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Because some products may be made in small batches or cut to order, processing times may vary during busy periods, product launches, or card show weekends.
Orders are not typically processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery location.
We currently ship products flat-packed whenever possible to help reduce shipping costs and protect the acrylic pieces during transit.
Shipping Method
Orders may ship through carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available option for your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Flat-Packed Acrylic Cases
Most Aegis Acrylic cases ship flat in protective packaging. Acrylic pieces may arrive with protective film still attached.
Please remove the protective film before final assembly for the clearest finish.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery speed is outside of our direct control.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service is selected.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Aegis Acrylic is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Aegis Acrylic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help point you in the right direction.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and determine the best solution, which may include a replacement part, replacement product, or other resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, Aegis Acrylic primarily ships within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future. If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Local Pickup or Event Orders
For local events, card shows, or in-person pickup options, availability may vary.
If local pickup is offered, pickup instructions will be provided after checkout or at the event.
