Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Aegis Acrylic. We work hard to package each order carefully so your acrylic display case arrives safely and ready to assemble or display.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, product launches, or for custom-made acrylic display cases.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 2–4 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $50 or more. Shipping rates for orders under $50 and other available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for $15.

Express shipping can be selected at checkout when available. Please note that express shipping speeds up the shipping method, but order processing time may still apply.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Aegis Acrylic is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at aegisacrylic@gmail.com so we can help review the issue.
