Does it come assembled?
No. Our cases come freshly cut and flat with instructions on how to assemble them.
Will this yellow or get cloudy over time?
No. Our cases are made from clear acrylic designed to stay clean and display-ready with normal indoor use. Acrylic offers a clearer, more premium look than cheaper flexible plastic cases.
How do I know the custom case will actually fit my item?
Every custom case is built from the measurements you provide. For the best fit, measure the outside width, height, and depth of your item, then add a small amount of clearance so the item can slide in comfortably.
How thick is the acrylic?
Our standard cases use 3mm acrylic. Thicker acrylic options may be available in the future.
Are these cases actually protective, or just for display?
Both. The acrylic helps protect against dust, shelf wear, and everyday handling while keeping your collection fully visible.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 2–4 business days after your order ships. Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $50 or more. Custom-made orders may require additional processing time.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth (included in all purchases) and a plastic-safe cleaner (avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners like Windex, which can cause micro-cracking over time). This keeps the acrylic clear and scratch-free for years.
